Call Routing Features

Park Line

If you don’t like transferring then the Park Line is for you. The Park Line puts the caller on hold and you can pick them up from another phone, just like an old Key System.

Night Switch

Night Switch changes the way calls are handled after hours. No more dialling complicated codes to activate Night Switch as the push of a button is all that is required. It can even be scheduled automatically if you wish.

Voicemail

Voicemail is available for all extensions. Voicemail messages can be delivered to the phone or email. A caller can opt to not leave a voicemail but be redirected to the recipients mobile instead. Now that’s smart!

Extension Speed Dial and Status Display

Is transferring a call scary? You finally work out how to transfer and discover your colleague is on the phone. Arrgh!
Well with BLF Speed Dial buttons this problem is a thing of the past. The button indicator shows if they are on the phone. Just push their button to transfer if not. Easy!

Duress Alarm

What’s this? A Duress Alarm on a phone. Why not!
We have built a Duress Alarm button that can provide tailored notifications for any number of phones. Great for the medical industry or any high risk area.

Access Services and Billing

Did you know that we provide and manage your connection to the public telephone network and bill your calls? One bill and one provider means hassle free communications.

What makes us different to cloud providers?

The NBN has pretty much forced all telephone systems to move to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Whereas most providers are putting all their telephone communications in the ‘Cloud’ with just VoIP phones on site (Hosted VoIP), IPC Solutions has chosen to provide a dedicated telephone system on site. Here’s why:

With a standard Hosted Provider:With a system from IPC Solutions:
As the telephone controller is in the cloud, your VoIP phones need to connect to the controller via your existing Internet connection and broadband router. Have they been set up correctly? Is anyone managing them?An onsite system allows us to manage the solution end to end so the whole system works together.
A hosted provider is very limited in how they can monitor and troubleshoot your telephone system if they don't have access to your network devices.We have full administrative access to all components of your communications system which means quicker changes and problem diagnosis and resolution.
Most hosted providers make you configure the system yourself or charge you for configuration changes. Some may view this as a benefit but are you really getting the most out of your communication system and your time?We review your business requirements and provide best fit solutions so you don't need to read the manual. Configuration changes are included in the support subscription.
Telephone features are usually pretty basic and require access codes to activate. Advanced and customer specific features are often difficult to develop and manage within a shared environment.We can build customised solutions to fit your business requirements and avoid the use of access codes where possible.
Many hosted providers give you a limited selection of handsets.We can support the full suite of Cisco and Yealink handsets.
